Yellowstone Part II

As noted in a previous post, we live only 45 minutes from Yellowstone Park. So, in a town with few things to do other than eat at mediocre restaurants and go to rodeo's that make you re-evaluate how much you surprisingly actually do care about the animals, Yellowstone is quickly becoming one of our favorite weekend activities. Every time we go I never cease to be amazed by how beautiful every single inch of that land is. As Taylor said, "It just never stops, and it never gets old." And boy is that the truth.

It was MUCH warmer this time around which instantly made it way better than the last time and with loads of cut up watermelon in the back seat, two bottles of root beer, (The Barq's was calling my name from the gas station fridge and every now and then you need a break from the Dr. just so you don't start taking him for granted and stuff, yeah?) and a full tank of gas, we were ready for all things the park would bring.

With perfect weather, clear skies, geysers going off just when they should, an entire watermelon (for me) to consume, (Taylor doesn't like watermelon?!! What kind of American is he anyway?) and the wrong shoes (sandals) for hiking, the day couldn't have been more delightful.

His hair was a serious struggle all day, but this picture really takes the cake I'm mostly sure.

That's all.
